Each card holder is thoughtfully prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping from North Carolina. Once on its way, you can expect delivery within 5–7 days, with tracking provided every step of the way.

Remove contents before cleaning. Spot treat as needed, then gently clean with warm water and mild detergent using a soft cloth or brush. Allow to air dry.
Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged/defective and unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must send an image of the defect.
Personalized items and sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions
Our policy lasts 5 days from the delivery date. If 5 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We mark your delivery date based on tracking provided by the post.
