Current Production Processing Times

Typical production time is 3-5 days based on the product and personalization request. 

Note: Your item will be processed using the exact personalization that you created with your order. 

Current Shipping Times

Mahjong Mats // 15-30 days for arrival once shipped

Mahjong Bags // 3-5 days for arrival once shipped

Mahjong Racks and Rack Wraps // 12-18 days for arrival once shipped

All other items // 3-5 days for arrival once shipped

Rush Shipping 

Currently, we do not offer rush shipment options. 

Lost Items

If your items are lost in the mail (lost means status has not been updated in over three business days), we will issue a replacement. 

Returned to Sender

If your items are returned to sender, we will reach out to confirm your address, and once confirmed, we will resend your items at no additional cost.
