Current Production Processing Times

Typical production time is 3-5 days based on the product and personalization request. 

Note: Your item will be processed using the exact personalization that you created with your order.

Ready to Ship Mahjong Mats // 3-5 days for arrival once shipped from the US

Mahjong Bags // 3-5 days for arrival once shipped from the US

All other items // 3-5 days for arrival once shipped from the US

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order payment is due in full at time of payment. Ship dates vary based on pre-order item and drop date. Once shipped, your mat will arrive in 3-5 days. 

Rush Shipping 

Currently, we do not offer rush shipment options. 

Lost Items

If your items are lost in the mail (lost means status has not been updated in over five business days), we will issue a replacement or a refund depending on the item.

Returned to Sender

If your items are returned to sender, we will reach out to confirm your address, and once confirmed, we will resend your items at no additional cost.
