For all in-stock items, your mat is prepared within 3–5 business days and ships from Bradenton, FL via UPS. Each order is rolled to protect its shape and finish, with tracking provided so you can follow it along the way.
*Mat ship dates may vary for pre-order items. Once pre-orders begin shipping, you can expect your item to arrive within 3-5 days.
Made to be used and enjoyed—simply wipe clean with a damp cloth or machine wash your neoprene mats when your game gets a little messier! We recommend laying flat to dry!
Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged/defective and unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must send an image of the defect.
Personalized items and sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions
Our policy lasts 5 days from the delivery date. If 5 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We mark your delivery date based on tracking provided by the post.
